The Safari features a lightweight and one-step folding design, that compacts the unit down to the size of a golf bag. Standard features include Black Powder Coated Frame, Heavy-Duty Back Upholstery with General use Cushion, 3-Point Positioning Belt with Depth Adjustable Crotch Strap, One-piece Non-Folding/Non-Elevating Footplate, 6" front and 11" rear solid tire, Toggle Wheel Locks and Closure Strap.
The Safari Tilt is also available as a Transit model with motor vehicle tie-down anchors. The chair has been crash tested in a forward-facing configuration, using a four point chair tie-down and three point occupant restraint system. The Transit model includes: Headrest Extension, Cushioned Shoulder Harness, Elevating Legrests with Swing-Away Footplates and Foot Positioners.
Both Safaris are available in either 12", 14", 16" or 18" models.
