These stable wheelbases are easily interchangeable -- just loosen four allen bolts with the included allen wrench, slide off the existing wheelbase, slide on the other wheelbase, tighten the bolts, and you're ready to go! Interchangeable wheelbases not only mean convenient modularity for you, but you'll also save money by not having to buy two different gait trainers -- just get one gait trainer and another wheelbase as an accessory!
The Discovery and Explorer Gait Trainers are highly adjustable with safety stops on all chest, height and angle adjustments. The wheelbases feature directional locking and braking casters, bumper gurards, and an anti-scissoring foot divider. The angle of the frame can be adjusted from upright to 20 degree prone to provide graduated weight bearing and pressure distribution for a more normal tone.
Comes standard with a reverse movement lock, padded abductor, back pad, and multi-positional chest support with flexible lateral supports.
