1. There is an additional $15 shipping & handling fee required to drop-ship a Posey Patient Restraint Device to a residential (home) shipping address. The physician's Rx must be received by Rehabmart prior to the shipping of the patient restraint.
2. If a homebound patient requires a Posey Restraint, then fax your physician's "restraint" Prescription to Rehabmart at fax# 888-507-7326 and we will then forward-ship your order to your residential (home) address. Lead Time: 7 - 10 business days.
3. Rehabmart is not allowed to directly drop-ship Posey Patient Restraint Devices to a residential address directly from the Posey Company.
4. We can, however, drop-ship Posey Restraints Devices to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Healthcare Facilities without any additional shipping/handling fees.
Can be sanitized (see recommendations on cleaning and disinfecting synthetic leather). Cuffs are adjustable in increments of 3/4". Synthetic Leather Cuffs (#2203) attach using connecting straps (sold separately). For added comfort, use Posey Cuff Liners. Two Universal Posey Keys included with locking cuffs.

RECOMMENDATIONS ON CLEANING AND DISINFECTING LEATHER AND SYNTHETIC LEATHER
There is no universally accepted method of sterilizing leather or synthetic leather products. Traditional methods of sterilization such as autoclaving, steam, and ETO gas are not recommended for leather or synthetic leather products because these methods will disfigure the product and potentially weaken it. Sanitization (reduction of the microbial population by at least 99.9%) of synthetic leather may be achieved by entirely submerging the product in 70% isopropyl alcohol for no less than 10 minutes. For a durable, sterilizable restraint cuff alternative, we recommend the Posey E.D. Security Cuff (PO-2835, PO-2836). Another alternative is the Posey T-A-T Cuffs (PO-2790 - PO-2799), which may be laundered according to CDC recommendations for linens soiled with blood or bodily fluid, or Biothane Cuffs (PO-2900).
