These walkers feature comfortable, height-and width-adjustable arm rest pads that provide full support for body weight.
The 30" (76cm) wide base fits through standard doors and allow for greater leg room while gait training than a standard walker. Two rear casters have foot-controlled locking brakes and all four 4" (100mm) casters swivel. Now comes with optional handbrakes. The Adjustable Stand Up Walker has independently adjustable arm rest pads.
The Adjustable Stand Up Walker provides support and safety when used as a walking aid; the independently adjustable heights of the two arm rest pads provide greater comfort for individuals with Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, or Multiple Sclerosis. The independent positioning of the arm rest pads can provide full support for body weight. For early retraining of weak legs after lengthy illnesses the Stand Up Walker is a valuable aid. The variable positioning of both the height and width of the arm rests allow optimal use of the walker. The back two castors have foot controlled locking brakes.
