Accessories
A. Padded Backrest - Backrest complete with an H-Harness. Available for those children with poor trunk control who want to ride! It replaces a Curved Back and can only be used with a Saddle Seat. Note: This option is not available for the Toddler Tryke.
B. Lateral Support - Adjustable width. Sold separately. Available to provide extra support needed on a childs weaker side. Two may be used together to assist the child in centering the body on the Tryke. Note: It can only be used with a Padded Backrest.
C. Padded Head Support - To be used in conjunction with the Padded Backrest and H-Harness when additional head and neck support is needed.
D. Vertical Handgrips (pair) - Made of soft foam. Complete with hook and loop hand straps, can replace the standard handgrips on the Tryke for children who need help keeping their hands on the grips.
E. Hand Wraps - Lightweight and stretchable. Designed to help the child maintain their grip on the hand cranks.
F. Push Bar - Aluminum. Standard on the Toddler AmTryke shown above. Comes with rubber hand grip and is designed to save parents or therapists from bending over to assist the child when riding the Tryke.
G. Safety Helmet - Snell and CPSC certified. Comes with each Tryke. Additional helmets can be oredered as the child grows or if several children will be sharing the Tryke.
H. Stationary Adapters - Set of two. Solid steel. Can be placed on either the hand or foot sprockets to convert the AmTryke therapeutic tricycle from hand and foot powered tricycle to either a hand or foot powered tricycle. The adaption will allow the weaker limbs to remain stationary while the stronger limbs propel the Tryke. Note: Not available for Toddler AmTryke.
I. Foot Cups - Available in three sizes with hook-and-loop straps and are designed to keep the child's feet on the pedals to aid in powering the Tryke. The Small should fit children from 1 to 3 years old, the Medium  4 to 12 years old and the large up to an adult size 12 shoe.
J. Pedal Blocks - (1/2in high) Lightweight.Fits between the pedals and foot cups to adjust for leg-length discrepancies. Set includes 1 block and 1 plate with hardware.
