Accessorials* are extra services performed by the Freight Company/Driver such as:
Lift gate
Hand truck
Off loading
Inside Delivery
Calling prior delivery
Specified Delivery times
Arrival notification
Any action other than street side delivery.

These actions are indicated at the bottom of the Bill of Lading, which requires the signature of the Customer at the time of acceptance. This is also a great time to inspect your purchase prior to accepting it. If a delivery is accepted that is later found to be damaged, there is no guarantee a Freight Claim can be accepted.***
