We cut small squares of foam which gently conform to body shapes and hold position much better than regular pillows. The outside pillowcase is a heavy duty material that zips off for washing. Inside we have a smooth vinyl pillowcase which contains the chuncks of foam. A unique idea which works in a variety of ways.
