The adjustable angle rebounder can be used as a plyometric ball return or as a trampoline.

It has a handrail for upper extremity support when used as a trampoline. The non-adjustable (37° angle) rebounder can be used only as a plyoball return. Six plyometric balls ranging from 1 pound to 15 pounds are available. Balls can be stored on a 5-ball vertical or horizontal ball rack.
