Plush nylon outer layer allows for maximum or minimum tension of buttress.

Buttress strap contained within sleeve will not slip, shift or rotate out of position.

Flexion design of sleeve decreases bunching and pinching in posterior portion of knee.

Unique side straps allow quick determination of correct tension.
