These pre-packaged color-coded kits contain all the necessary items to help staff identify and recognize a high fall risk patient. The Deluxe Kit includes one of each; pair of socks, falling star magnet and falling star bracelet and a blanket. The Deluxe Kit is available in 5 colors; red, orange, purple, green and yellow with a choice of standard or large size socks.
