Merry Cart is fabricated from tubular steel, powdered coated in black paint. It holds nine washable covered Rubber MaidŽ bins, three on each of the three levels. Merry Cart easily rolls on fully rotating four inch twin wheel casters, two locking and two non-locking located on the bottom legs of the cart.
