The seat is made from the highest grade of ABS plastic which is both stain and chemical resistant. 3" Stainless steel hinges provide unbreakable strength. The Big John Toilet Seat™ has been uniquely engineered to fit either a round or elongated toilet bowl. This seat has large stabilizing rubber bumpers that literally grip the porcelain bowl and keep the seat from any unwanted shifting. This exceptional seat is rated at over 1,200 pounds and meets ADA compliant regulation #4.23 ADAAG. Outside dimensions 19" (48cm) front to back and side to side. Inside dimensions 11 1/2" front to back 8 3/4" side to side. Adds 2 3/8" height to seat.
