DermaSaver products are made of MicroSpring(tm) textile that protects skin and reduces pressure that is not possible with gauze or wraps. It offers breathability, moisture transfer and antimicrobial protection not possible with gels, foams, fleece or polyfil.
Microfilaments flex to act as mini pressure-reducing springs to cushion fragile skin from bumps and abrasion that can cause skin tear and protect bony prominences.
