Lift gently to unlock and swing outward from the bed allowing the support rail to be placed in the ideal position for support and standing. Support moves with you similar to using a walker. Simple Installation - Simply slide the support frame between a standard box spring and mattress, secure with safety straps, and set the rail height. Normal rail height is 30", width is 16". Optional Leg Extenders allow on ground rail height to adjust from 31-35". Maximum user weight 250lbs/113kg.

Support Frame - Rigid tubular steel construction. Baked enamel finish for durability. Unlike particle board based designs, it will not soak in moisture or emit odours. Works on either side of bed. (32x24" / 800x600mm overall dimensions)
Support Rail - Strong tubular steel construction. Includes deluxe grip for comfort. White rubber base tips prevent slippage and protects your floor. Maximum user weight 250lbs/113kg.
Bed Cleats - rubber cleat style pads engage positively with bed to minimize slippage of frame.
Safety Latch - unique design provides positive locking of rail at bed-side, easy unlocking (lift rail 1"/25mm to unlock), and sets height of bed rail while in the locked position.
Safety Straps - holds support frame from pulling out under heavy use - two straps are supplied that simply loop around the opposite bed frame rail - tightened and released with a side release buckle.

Note: VERTICAL LOAD BEARING ONLY. Product intended for moderate vertical weight bearing on rail only. Do not use if sideward (lateral) support is needed. Avoid rail latch unlocking - Ensure that rail is at least 2"/50mm off floor when rail is in locked position. (Soft type box spring beds can compress downward under load allowing support frame to move down, and rail to become unlatched). Do not use on wet or slippery floors. Do not use with electric or hospital style beds. Both supplied straps must be installed for secure operation. Product intended for moderate assist with sitting up and standing only.
