Tom strollers have a removable, reversible seat system on a steel chassis in a Silver powder-coat finish. Frame folds for storage or stowing in your vehicle and can be folded with the seat and accessories in place. Green/Black Tweed padded upholstery is machine washable. An upholstered grab bar is included. The spring-suspension chassis has 12” rear wheels with deep traction for outdoor travel. Rear foot activated brake locks the rear wheels. The 8” front casters have a locking swivel. Tom has passed EN ISO 7176/19 crash test standards and **includes transportation tie-downs.**
