The rail folds-up and becomes vertical against the wall through a spring mechanism. Rail attaches to a plate which is affixed to studs in the wall. Rail is made from an epoxy coated steel tube. 30" in length. Maximum user weight 279 lbs. Does not include toilet roll holder or hardware for installation.
