Designed for people with weak grasp or use of only one hand. Both models secure to a flat surface with suction cups. Deluxe model has a larger base with a pivoting nail clipper.

Arched ramp accommodates different finger thick nesses. The replaceable emery boards are secured in place by thumb screws. Economy model has smaller base with a permanently attached strip of nail filing paper.
