Made of woven cotton and coated rubber. Ideal for arthritis, inflammation, sprains and carpal tunnel syndrome. Extends proximally to cover two-thirds of the forearm. Open weave fabric allows for air circulation and helps prevent skin maceration. Comfortable even in hot climates. The 2 in. (5.1 cm.) wide wrist strap adds extra support. Unique cutout in the aluminum stay allows for unimpeded range of motion of the thumb. Stay can be modified easily for a custom fit. Remove aluminum stay before hand or machine washing in cool water. Lay the support flat and allow to air dry. The pediatric splint measures 5 in. (13 cm.) in length and is available in blue with lavender trim.
