Made of woven cotton and coated rubber. Ideal for arthritis, inflammation, sprains and carpal tunnel syndrome. Extends proximally to cover two-thirds of the forearm. Open weave fabric allows for air circulation and helps prevent skin maceration. Comfortable even in hot climates. The 2in (5.1cm) wide wrist strap adds extra support. Unique cutout in the aluminum stay allows for unimpeded range of motion of the thumb. Stay can be modified easily for a custom fit. Remove aluminum stay before hand or machine washing in cool water. Lay the support flat and allow to air dry. Available in three attractive colors: beige, blue with lavender trim, or blue with turquoise trim. Adult splint measures 9 in. (23 cm.) in length.
