Child's size Large orthosis measures 8in (20cm) long, and 6in (15cm) across the mid forearm and mid humerus sections. Adult size orthosis measures 10-1/2in (27cm) long, and 7in (18cm) across the mid forearm and mid humerus sections. Adult size fits most adults. Orthoses generally fit a little more than half the circumference of the supported area.
