Works in the same manner as serial casting, gradually adjusting the amount of extension. Included allen wrench adjusts angle on hinge goniometer from 0 to 180 degrees in 10 degree increments. Blocks flexion or extension while allowing motion in opposite direction. Also may be set in the desired static position. Machine wash terry cloth covers and straps. Fits either the left or right arm.

Child's size Medium orthosis measures 8in (20cm) long, and 5-1/2in (14cm) across the mid forearm and mid humerus sections.
