Easily create a custom fit for comfortable support. The 1/16in (1.6mm) thick perforated neoprene provides cool, lightweight support and compression to reduce pain. Ideal for arthritis, ligament injuries and tendinitis, including de Quervain's tenosynovitis. A 3/32in (2.4mm) Omega(tm) Max thermoplastic insert is included for custom support. The insert restricts movement of the wrist and all thumb joints, if needed. To fit the insert, heat in warm water, or microwave the insert while it is in the splint. Use the thumb strap to stabilize IP extension or trim the thumb tip below the IP joint for thumb tip exposure and IP motion. Three lengths offer varying amounts of support. Use the Short and Mid lengths to treat thumb CMC and MP arthritis (osteo and rheumatoid), ligament and tendon lacerations, MP fusion, tendinitis and joint fractures.
Use the Long length to treat de Quervain's, tenosynovitis, arthritis (within the radiocarpal joint), wrist and thumb tendinitis, joint fractures, flexor/extensor injury/repair, and CMC joint arthroplasty. Hand wash and air dry. Fits either the left or right hand.

To size, measure the wrist circumference.
Small/Medium: 5in to 6-1/2in (13 to 17cm).
Large/X-Large: 6-1/2in to 9in (17 to 20cm).
