Size by measuring the circumference at the MP joints.

Small: 6in to 6-1/2in (15 to 17cm).

Medium: 6-1/2in to 7-1/2in (17 to 20cm).

Large: 7-1/2in to 9in (20 to 23cm).

X-Large: Over 9in (Over 23cm).
