Hinged stays prevent hyperextension. Made of 1/8 inch (3.2mm) neoprene with a nylon liner. Has two neoprene-covered, aluminum, hinged stays with hyperextension stops at 170 degrees, one medial and one lateral. Leather covering over hinges adds support and protection. Removable, interior felt buttress pad with hook attachment provides lateral, medial, inferior or superior patellar support. Opposing D-ring straps above and below the patellar opening provide adjustable fit. Measures 12-1/2 inches (32cm) long. Hand wash, air dry.
To size, measure knee circumference.
Small fits a knee circumference of 13 inches to 14 inches (33 to 36cm)
Medium fits 14 inches to 15 inches (36 to 38cm)
Large fits 15 to 17 inches (38 to 43cm)
and X-Large fits 17 inches to 19 inches (43 to 48cm).
