Pressure Packs are not suitable for washing. To size the Arm (Square) Pressure Packs, measure width at the widest point of the arm. Small: 20cm width x 35cm length (7-7/8 x 13-3/4in). Medium: 23cm width x 38cm length (9 x 15in). Large: 24cm width x 41cm length (9-1/2 x 16-1/16in). X-Large: 25cm width x 44cm length (9-7/8 x 17-3/8in).
