Friction lock and 5-hole pin adjustment allow angle settings from 0 degrees to 60 degrees. Can be used with weighted medicine balls, or for jogging and balance exercises. Base measures 40in x 44in (102 x 112cm). Weighs 60 lbs. (27kg) without medicine balls. The gel-filled medicine balls have a textured surface for easy gripping and catching. Balls weigh 2, 4, 7, 11 and 15 lbs. (0.9, 1.8, 3.2, 5.0 and 6.8kg). Items are available separately, or in convenient packages that include a rebounder, exercise book and gel-filled medicine balls.
