Ideal for use on incision sites to help densensitize and prevent hypertrophic scar formation. Designed to provide light support and compression around the wrist and across the thumb CMC joint. Slightly tacky gel pad adheres the pad directly on the skin to protect, soften and desensitive scar areas. The fabrifoam Gel Support is made of 1.5mm (1/16in) fabrifoam material with 4-way stretch and foam composite backing that is slip-resistant and breathable. Includes adhesive-backed gel pad. The silicone gel pad measures 1/8in x 2-1/2in x 1-1/2in (3.2mm x 6.4 x 3.8cm). Hypoallergenic and non-toxic with an indefinite shelf life. Effective for up to 6 weeks.
