This electronic device interfaces with your home or office's existing electrical wiring via X10 Technology. Two standard 1/8 in. Switching Jacks allow a variety of switches to control the system ranging from ordinary pushbottons to advanced Sip & Puff technology.
The best part? Its amazingly accurate voice recognition system. Simply say - Computer, kitchen lights - and the kitchen lights come on! There are 8 programmable X10 channels, which enable the user to access an unlimited number of X10 receiver modules. Measures only 5 in. x 6 in. x 1 in.
Specifically the system includes one each of the following: ECS Unit, 9V DC wall adapter, PL513 Transmitter Module, PL513 Line Cord. Installation of the system is simple; no costly rewiring is necessary The transmitter plugs in at one location and sends contol signals to a X10 receiver modules which then control the electrical lighting and appliances.
The ECS can recognize only one voice. The Computer Interface Switch installs in minutes and provides an alternate way to turn on a personal computer. Sometimes the power switches that come standard on personal computers can be very difficult for a physically challenged person to operate or even access. The Computer Interface Switch eliminates this problem by allowing the user to plug their PC directly into the ECS. Extra accessories are available, so the system can be expanded as needed.
