What is the Feldenkrais Method?
The Feldenkrais Method is a unique type of exercise therapy that reorganizes connections between the brain and the body to improve body movement abilities. Feldenkrais Portable Massage Table Features:
Custom Craftworks created the Feldenkrais Portable Massage Table to specifically accommodate Feldenkrais energy work. It can also be used for physical therapy, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral Balancing, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Trager massage. The Feldenkrais Portable Massage Table is made in Eugene, Oregon, with environmentally-friendly parts sourced globally. All lacquers and finishes are non-toxic and water-based, while the foam padding is made using CFC-free foam. The table is made with solid extra rigid birch and 7-ply Reiki end panels.

The Feldenkrais Portable Massage Table sits at a lower height (17 to 25 inches) than traditional massage tables, as the practitioner can sit on a stool at a higher elevation than the client in order to move the body parts. Designed, tested, and proven by leading Feldenkrais trainers, the massage table is built to be ultra-strong and stable. It features a firm 1.5-inch foam system, inverted truss system, vinyl-coated aircraft cables, full-length hinge, dual-end accessory ports, dual knobs, and a cable-lock for strong lateral stability. Extra length can be added at no additional charge. The 800 lb. capacity Feldenkrais Portable Massage Table is easy to set-up and transport with the optional carrying case.

Optional Rebond Foam System
Upgrade to a custom Rebond Foam System, developed by the founder and educational director of the Feldenkrais Movement Institute, Frank Wildman. This is a softer foam system than the standard Feldenkrais foam. The Rebond Foam System is NOT recommended for use with the Natural Touch upholstery.

Solutions Table Cart
This massage table accessory transportation cart carries tables measuring up to 36" in width and 78" in length. It folds neatly for compact storage. Oversized wheels turn the cart easily while providing balanced support and clearance. This transportation cart features built-in foam handles and side straps that firmly hold smaller tables. The Step-Up ledge stations your loaded cart easily, and a newly updated fold up mechanism is very simple.
