With these vinyl coated foam insert fits around the inner circumference and has Velcro attachment straps. The narrow reducer can be used over and under the covers and is designed to size down the circumference of a Hensinger. The wide reducer is designed to size the height of a Hensinger.

The wide size adds some occipital support, due to the design of the top. The top foam piece folds over the back of the head support.

Optionally the narrow size reducer can also be used across the front of the Hensinger as a bridge connecting the two sides.
