The Kay Anterior Support Walkers with Forearm Supports are designed for those who can support weight on their legs and take steps on their own, but cannot use more traditional walkers due to lack of balance or upper body strength and control. The forearm supports provided and added level of stability lacking in standard walkers. Nearly all components of the walker are adjustable, from the walker's overall height down to the width between the forearm cushions, allowing you to uniquely customize the mobility aid to suit the user's individual needs. The front wheels can swivel freely for flexible maneuverability and can also be locked into forward direction for an additional layer of control. Both rear wheels feature external ratchets that help prevent the walker from rolling backwards.

This anterior support walker is designed for users who can support weight on their legs and take steps, but who lack the balance and/or upper body and shoulder control to use more traditional walkers; they are especially suited for those who need additional forearm and shoulder support in order to maintain an upright alignment for walking. Forearm support aids thoracic extension (upper trunk posture) by allowing weight bearing on the forearms with the elbows aligned under the shoulders. A wide range of components are adjustable to ensure a customized fit for each individual user; everything from the overall height of the walker to the width between the forearm cushions can be fine tuned to uniquely suit individual need. The entire frame also folds conveniently down to a more compact size that takes up less space when stored and is easier to transport in a vehicle. For directional control the front wheels can either swivel freely or be locked into the forward position, offering more support for users who need it. The rear wheels are equipped with external ratchets designed to prevent the walker from rolling backwards, providing an additional layer of security during use. Four different sizes are available to ensure the best fit for each user.
