Sorb-It Split Drain and IV Sponges

The Sorb-It Split Drain and IV Sponges are sterile sponges designed specifically for use in medical environments. They feature a pre-cut slit down the center of the sponge that allows it to be used without worrying about using sanitary scissors on the sponge as well. The sponges are made of nonwoven materials and are a thick 6-ply material that makes them highly absorbent and useful for multiple devices.

The pre-cut T-slit on these nonwoven sponges allows them to fit comfortably around drains, catheters, chest tubes, IVs, and tracheotomies among many other medical devices so that they can catch water, blood, and any other fluids that may drip out of the spouts of each of these devices which helps to make the devices work more efficiently while also helping with the cleanup process by keeping fluids from hitting the floor or any other surface, instead, they get soaked up by the highly absorbent 6-ply sponges.
