A very good cutting tool for anyone with tremors in their hands. It works best after you have sharpened it. I use my knife sharpener.

We bought this product for my adult son who has Down syndrome. Low muscle tone and poor fine motor skills makes it hard for him to cut his food. The knife requires more strength than he has and is awkward for him to use. We are still practicing with it.
