Excellent product. Much better than a typical sling.

AThe service was excellent; however, the design of the product needs some work. One assumes that the customer must have a shoulder or arm injury to purchase this item; however, the Velcro on portion of sling that fits around the rib cage is positioned in the wrong place (ie., the design is poor) and, because of this, you have to Velcro (with the one good arm) and THEN move the whole unit WAY around to get it positioned properly to then attach your upper arm and wrist into position. Is is not an easy task, especially with a bad rotator cuff, as the sizing is skimpy and, over clothing, its very difficult to maneuver into position. Believe me, you feel like resting the arm in the sling by the time you get finished with this process. Note: When measuring for size, be sure to take into account that youll be wearing this over clothing and make those allowances to the "rib measurement." I fit well within the medium range (which is what I ordered) but could certainly have ordered the large, especially when wearing, say, a lightweight fleece, etc. Other than what I call a "design flaw" (the manufacturer should move location of Velcro attachment of rib band) and slight under sizing, the wrist and arm attachments are quite comfortable.
