I found this item VERY difficult to use in my home. Getting it to turn and change directions is the problem. It is EXHAUSTING. **Note(Carol didnt purchase this product from Rehabmart and she didnt indicate what kind of surface she was using it on or whether she purchased the Knee walker used or new.)
