In between sizes can now be addressed. This vinyl coated foam insert fits around the inner circumference and has velcro attachment straps. The narrow size can be used over or under the covers. The wide size also adds some occipital support because the top foam piece folds over the back of the head support. In some situations, the narrow size reducer can also be used across the front of the Hensinger as a bridge connecting the two sides.
