The pulley mechanism can be positioned to allow for exercises to be performed at floor level, shoulder height and all positions in between.

Comes with three graded resistance latex tubes and two handles. Attach the included jogging belt harness and the Lifeline wall pulley exerciser becomes a treadmill.
