The easy-to-grip bar can be used to perform both upper and lower body exercises.

Resistance can be increased by rotating the bar (windingup the tubing) to shorten the length of the exercise band or tubing and create more tension. The Rolup TM bar comes standard with an 8 foot strip of medium-weight green Cando(R) resistive exercise tubing and 2 tube klips TM . The bar is available in weights ranging from 1 lb. to 25 lbs.
