Smooth glide increases shoulder ROM. Walslide TM has fully adjustable anchors that accommodate both resistive exercise band and pulley. Use with band or tubing to strengthen shoulder and other muscle groups. Band, tubing or pulley can be positioned anywhere along the vertical or horizontal section.
