***All orders will ship complete. All merchandise must be inspected at time of receipt. If the product is damaged, the bill of lading must notate the damage and the consumer should refuse the delivery with the carrier. The consumer should contact Rehabmart.com at 1-800-827-8283 within 5 days to file the freight claim and discuss reordering the product. If damage is not notated at time of receipt, the consumer takes responsibility and must file the claim with the carrier. The settlement of the freight claim is between the consumer and the carrier. Residential delivery is curb-side only – no exceptions. We will not accept bills from consumers or delivery personnel because they wanted the product moved into their house; we will not provide authorizations for indoor deliveries.
