The worlds only, "One Piece Low Air Loss" Mattress System. HCPCS: E0277

Rem-Air's unique one piece design, superior construction, minimal operating and maintenance costs, ease of use and clinical effectiveness, make it the medical practitioner's and dealer's first choice in mattress replacement systems for use in the prevention, management and treatment of presure ulcers in hospitals, nursing homes and home care environments.

The “2000 design option” has no foam on the top, but instead a quilted cover.  There are stiffer foam side rails and all the foam can be removed in zippered sections, cleaned and re-inserted.  If the mattress is in need of repair, the customer can remove their foam, keep it, and re-insert it when they receive the mattress back from manufacturer.  The 777 does not have these features.  The 777 needs to have the foam cut away and the company re-foam it when it is sent for repair work.  If the mattress is under warranty, the Manufacturer re-foams for no charge. But if the mattress is out of warranty, the customer will face a charge of $300 for re-foam.  So, there is a potential long-term savings with the Rem-2000  or "2000 design option" when an older, past warranty, mattress is sent for repair.
