Easy-to-adjust screw provides fine tuning of PIP extension. Made of steel with a felt pad and an adjustable cotton strap. Helpful for correcting PIP finger flexion contractures following a fracture or soft tissue injury. Can be used to create progressive/adjustable traction to increase PIP joint extension. Turn the screw knob to adjust the pressure.
To size, measure from the MP crease at the base of the finger to the middle of the nail bed.
Small: 1-1/2in to 2-1/2in (3.8 to 6.4cm).
Medium: 2in to 3in (5.1 to 7.6cm.
Large: 3in to 4(7.6 to 10cm).
X-Large: 3-1/2in to 4-1/2in (8.9 to 11cm).
XX-Large: XX-Large 4in or more (10cm or more).
