Leather splint provides durable support for common workplace injuries. Made of soft, pliable leather with 1/4in (6.4mm) padding and a soft, fleece-like lining that helps keep skin dry and comfortable. Circumferentially designed with double-layer stockinette under D-ring strap closures for comfort and easy application. Use to support the thumb and wrist for cumulative trauma injuries such as de Quervain's syndrome and tendinitis. Helps decrease pain and inflammation in the wrist and thumb due to arthritis, CTS, sprains, strains, skier's thumb, gamekeeper's thumb, joint instabilities, and post-surgical repair. Features a wider wrist strap to provide additional support to this vulnerable area. Wraparound thumb piece accommodates all thumb sizes. Includes a radial thumb stay and a removable volar wrist stay to provide extra stabilization of the wrist and thumb. Removable stays can be bent to conform. To size, measure circumference at the distal palmar crease.
