Comfortprene Gel Support, Choose Color (Blue Left, Medium)

Low profile splint designed to provide light support and compression around the wrist and across the thumb CMC joint.
Slightly tacky gel pad adheres directly to the skin to protect, soften and desensitive scar areas. Ideal for use on incision sites to help densensitize and prevent hypertrophic scar formation after de Quervain's and carpal tunnel release. The Comfortprene Gel Support is made of 3.0mm (1/8in) Comfortprene material with a soft, terry cloth liner. Fastens with hook and loop. Includes hook-backed gel pad. Silicone gel pad measures 1/8in x 2-1/2in x 1-1/2in (3.2mm x 6.4cm x 3.8cm). Hypoallergenic and non-toxic with an indefinite shelf life. Effective for up to 6 weeks. Pad can be cut for a custom fit. Replacement Gel Pads are available.
Palmar length measurements: Small 2-1/2in, Medium 2-7/8in and Large 3-1/2in (6.4, 7.3 and 8.9cm). Hand wash in cool, soapy water and air dry.
To size, measure width at MP joints.
Small: Up to 3in (7.6cm)
Medium: 3-1/2in (8.9cm)
Large: Over 3-1/2in (over 8.9cm)
