Provides static progressive positioning of the wrist to improve range of motion. Ideal for wrist flexion contractures due to fractures, surgical repairs or abnormal tone conditions.
Simplify wrist flexion contracture management. Simply tighten the turnbuckle to apply incremental, low-load force to the wrist joint. Maintains the hand in a functional resting position. The user must have passive finger extension and the wrist contracture can be no greater than 60° flexion. Offers infinite adjustability without the use of tools. Soft, lightweight orthosis is made of a flexible plastic form laminated between dense, closed-cell foam padding. Removable liner is made of foam padding with a soft, terry cloth covering. D-ring hook and loop straps cinch easily for a proper fit. Latex free.
To size, measure width at MP joints. XS 3in to 3-1/4in (7.6 to 8.4cm), S 3-1/4in to 3-1/2in (8.4 to 8.9cm), M 3-1/2in to 3-3/4in (8.9 to 9.5cm), L 3-3/4in and up (9.5cm and up).
