To size arm sleeve, measure circumference of the arm 1in to 1-1/2in (2.5 to 3.8cm) below the axilla (armpit).
=Small: 7-3/4in to 9-3/4in (20 to 25cm).
=Medium: 9-1/2in to 11-1/2in (24 to 29cm).
=Large: 11-1/4in to 13-1/2in (29 to 35cm).
=X-Large: 13-1/4in to 15-1/2in (34 to 39cm).
