Set rod at the desired depth to accommodate different arm lengths. Arm Volumeter measures 7in x 7in x 30in (18 x 18 x 76cm). Forearm Volumeter measures 6in x 6-1/2in x 23-1/2in (15 x 17 x 60cm). Use the 22in (56cm) long Contoured Scrub Sponge (NC28645), sold separately, to clean the volumeters.
