Special swivel design keeps food on the utensil when turned at any angle. Handle is lightweight and design always for easy pick-up from table surface. 2" oval shaped built-up hard plastic molding endures institutional dishwashers. Contour at base of handle makes for a confortable grip. Lip on each end prevents hand from slipping. Handle is 3/4" wide and 4" long.
