The Progressive Hand Trainer system is composed of a pair of high-impact, molded rings that lock a round Thera-Band exercise band in place when pressed together. The elastic band is die cut with over 60 access holes providing numerous strength training and range of motion exercises in a portable design. Six progressive resistance bands are supplied in the intro kit, offered in the familiar Thera-Band sequence of color progression. Refill bands are supplied in individual colors from tan to black. Six bands per refill.
