Mattress, Box Springs and Casters are Included!
A Mattress and Box Spring and casters are included with purchase. We use Mason Medical Series 1100, premium, pressure reducing, memory foam mattresses that are designed for use in Nursing Home, Hospital and Home Health Care settings. They are waterproof and have an anti-bacterial covering.
